Why is IKORUS unique?

  • IKORUS goes beyond the ‘Whole Body’ approach and measures perfusion in ‘Key’ Visceral Organs (where it REALLY matters!) with no impact on workflow

  • IKORUS provides real-time, continuous & unique information on effects of common therapies in ICU & OR (vasoactive drugs and fluids), unavailable from current monitoring techniques, to help to select/guide treatment

One step ahead towards the future

Modelling hemodynamic profiles of patients with data analytics & machine learning algorithms to:

  1. Predict patient response to treatment (e.g. catecholamines)
  2. Predict the optimal treatment according to organ-perfusion based endpoints

“What may influence prognosis is not the monitoring, but the therapeutic decisions inferred from it
